Stat priority might be good here. Right now I have heard that:
 Str->Hit to cap->haste-> Mastery->crit->agility is the stat priority and probably won't change but I have seen others that swap crit and haste. It is my understanding that crit is almost worthless because most of our important critical strikes come from procs like endless winter. Let me know what you think.
